Development Consultancy
I advise on apartment mix, layouts, buyer-valued features and market insight before, during and after launch.
Just Me
Not just businesses.
Sometimes it's a residential development. Sometimes it's an AI product. Sometimes it's a community project. Sometimes it's helping someone unlock an opportunity they hadn't seen before.
Over the last 25 years I've worked across property, technology, sales, marketing and entrepreneurship. What ties it together is curiosity: solving problems, bringing people together and turning ideas into something real.
Outside work you'll usually find me with my family, supporting local projects, mentoring entrepreneurs, captaining my snooker team, or working on the next slightly over-ambitious idea that probably started with the words...
'What if?'
I believe...
Great ideas deserve to exist. The best businesses are built around people. AI should make life simpler, not more complicated. Great places create great communities. Most good ideas start over coffee.Property me
Great developments are not created when the first buyer walks through the door. They begin much earlier, with hundreds of commercial decisions that shape whether people will want to live there.
Across my career in residential property, I've worked alongside developers, architects, marketing agencies and sales teams to help shape, launch and complete major residential developments across Liverpool, Salford, Manchester and the wider North West.
My role has often sat at the intersection of product, price, place and people: helping create saleable homes, building strong sales teams, shaping marketing strategies, advising on specification, planning launches, setting sales values and maintaining momentum from launch through to completion.
My role typically included
I advise on apartment mix, layouts, buyer-valued features and market insight before, during and after launch.
I create sales values, pricing structures, phased releases, launch timing and practical responses to market conditions.
I manage creative agencies and shape positioning, brochures, CGIs, websites, advertising and launch campaigns.
I recruit and develop sales teams, build customer journeys and lead through reservations, exchanges and completions.
I plan launches, preview events, investor activity, bulk deals and international campaigns across multiple phases.
I work with developers, architects, contractors, investors, agents and marketing teams as the commercial voice of the project.
My role has never simply been to sell homes. It has been to help create developments that people genuinely aspire to live in, bringing together developers, architects, marketers and sales teams to maximise both customer appeal and commercial performance.
Property brand experience
From global advisory and agency environments to major regeneration partners and housing organisations, my property career has been shaped around commercially serious places, teams and launches.

Flagship venture
Fuudle wasn't built to help people cook. It was built to help solve one of the world's biggest everyday problems: good food being wasted because people do not know what they can make.
I've always believed technology should solve real problems. Fuudle combines artificial intelligence, personalised recipe generation, food inventory management and meal planning to help households make better use of the food they already own.
What I learnt building Fuudle: the best products are rarely about clever technology alone. They are about making everyday life feel easier, cheaper and less wasteful.
Voluntary me
Beyond commercial projects, I've played an active role in community-led regeneration, local events, sports club development and place promotion.
Local pride, events, place promotion, business engagement and regeneration energy.
Sport, volunteering, club development and the sort of community infrastructure that keeps places human.
I've mentored people through Prince's Trust support and personal development work, helping them find confidence, direction and momentum.
Just me
The bit that joins the other three together: practical judgement, useful questions and enough founder energy to get things moving.
